Kerianne Spiess
Dr. Kerianne Spiess is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She then went on to complete a prestigious four-year surgical residency at Temple University Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Spiess served as chief resident during her final year. Throughout her residency, she received extensive training in foot and ankle trauma and reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, elective forefoot and rearfoot surgical techniques, and wound care. During her residency, Dr. Spiess completed a rotation at The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Spiess has participated in advanced courses in various surgical techniques including internal and external fixation and arthroscopy. Her research has been published in the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Podiatry Today. She is certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Spiess is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery® certified in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®.
