Matthew Modugno

Dr. Modugno is a graduate of Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He then went on to complete a three-year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Main Line Health System, just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Modugno served as Chief Resident during his final year. Throughout his residency, he received extensive training in foot and ankle trauma and reconstructive surgery, elective forefoot and rearfoot surgical techniques, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and sports medicine. He attended courses and received training in arthroscopy and various surgical techniques including external fixation and joint replacement of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Modugno has presented his research at several professional conferences and is currently a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. His special interests include sports medicine, trauma, and reconstruction of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Modugno is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®. He is board certified in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®.

Dr. Modugno also serves as the Associate Program Director for the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program at Community Medical Center.
